Product Description
Small laboratory muffle furnace with ceramic fiber board is mainly used in chemical analysis, thermocouple checking, grinding wheel sintering, diamond sintering, smelting or purifying of the rare and precious metal, heat treatment of metal sintering process research and other scientific experiments. Our machines can be applied in universities and colleges, scientific research institutes, medical and health centers, petroleum chemical industries, mining enterprises, quality and technology supervision agencies, and other laboratories.
The muffle furnace for lab is made by welding high-quality cold-rolled plates. The hearth is made of highly heat-resistance materials, such as refractory brick, Mullite brick and ceramic fiber. The heating parts consist of high-temperature resistance wire, silicon carbide rod or silicon molybdenum rod. We use lightweight bricks or silicon wool felt as insulation materials, and the surface is covered by high-temperature paint.
Our muffle furnace suppliers' products use PID smart meters to control the temperature, and use high precision thermocouple to ensure the accuracy of temperature control, so we can provide more reliable data for the lab experiments. The heating components of our electric box furnace are all of high quality, so they last longer.
The sizes of our products are customizable, in the table below are the default versions, please contact us for adjustments. Other optional equipment are touch screens, program controller and LCD meters, you can choose them to improve your efficiency.
